When do you charge my credit card for my order?

  • Your credit card is authorized and charged through our payment processors at the time the order is placed.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

  • Upon the release of your shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you have questions about your shipment while in transit, please contact us.

How long will it take for my order to arrive once it’s shipped?

  • All orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. If seeking an expedited shipment method, customers also gain the option to choose Express Shipping for receipt of merchandise within 1-2 business days.

What if I need to return an item?

  • You can return an item within 30 days from the date your order was placed, at your expense. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from your order date.
  • Returned merchandise must be in original condition in order to be accepted; if the merchandise is deemed altered in any way you may forfeit return eligibility.
  • To ensure authenticity, all returns must include a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase and all original packaging.
